Cholo Visceral was born with the duo of Kevin Lara and Arturo Quispe an afternoon of February 2011 in Lima, Peru. During the process of seeking members for the project took several musicians, including: Jim Garcia (drums), Jorge Temoche (bass) Shaji Saavedra (battery), Lyn Salas (saxophone) and Juan Camba (drums). In 2013 the first official information that it recorded the first studio album with Joao Orosco (drums), Manuel Villavicencio (bass), Max Vega (saxophone), Nagel Diaz (sound effects), Armando Cordova (violin), Kevin Lara (guitar) and Arturo Quispe (guitar). It seeks to make surprising themes, traveling since progressive rock structures, even to the more rapid and rampant trippy noise.
Subsequently, Nagel Diaz, Armando Cordova and Kevin Lara leaves the band at different times to 2014. We seek replacements and call Israel Tenor (guitar), friend of the band and project leader of The Terrorist Collective. Silvana Tello joined the group in mid-2015 with Theremin for textures and shades in the new stage of the band.
During the months of January and February 2016 the band toured for two months by Chile, Argentinia and Peru premering new songs the band had composed. In September 2016 they will come to light the second work >Vol. II< in a special edition double vinyl with 7 new compositions.
Currently already have their first studio album released on CD (Toxiko Producciones – Peru/2013, LP first album S/T (GOD Records – Greece/2014) and CD of second album >Vol. II< (Nerico Records, Cuaderno Roto, Toxico Records – Peru/2016), the vinyl edition of >Vol. II< will release on Tonzonen Records.

Cholo Visceral wurde von dem Duo Kevin Lara und Arturo Quispe an einem Nachmittag im Februar 2011 in Lima, Peru gegeründet. Während des Suchprozesses nach Mitglieder für das Projekt kamen die Musiker Jim Garcia (drums), Jorge Temoche (bass) Shaji Saavedra (battery), Lyn Salas (saxophone) und Juan Camba (drums).
Im Jahre 2013 dann die offizielle Informationen, dass das erste Studioalbum mit Joao Orosco (drums), Manuel Villavicencio (bass), Max Vega (saxophone), Nagel Diaz (sound effects), Armando Cordova (violin), Kevin Lara (guitar) und Arturo Quispe (guitar) entstehen wird.
Im Laufe des Jahres 2014 verließen Nagel Diaz, Armando Cordova und Kevin Lara die Band. Sie suchten Ersatz und wendeten sich an Israel Tenor (guitar), einem Freund der Band und Projektleiter von The Terrorist Collective. Silvana Tello schloss sich der Gruppe 2015 an.
Während der Monate Januar und Februar 2016 tourte die Band durch Chile, Argentinien und Peru, schwerpunktmäßig mit neuen Kompositionen. Das Special-Edition Vinyl-Doppelalbum mit 7 neuen Stücken erscheint.
Ihr erstes Studioalbum ist bereits auf CD erschienen (Toxiko Producciones – Peru/2013, LP-Debütalbum S/T (GOTT Records - Greece/2014) und CD des zweiten Albums >Vol. II< (Nerico-Records, Cuaderno Roto, Toxiko-Records – Peru/2016)
